Our Qualifications

Tom earned his bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan University, with post-graduate work in business from NMU and in law from Marquette University Law School. Tom founded Payant Financial Services, Inc. in 1979. With more than a quarter of a century of local experience, Tom has extensive training in all areas of financial planning.

Along with our staff, we help clients daily in our state of the art office complex.  It is the passion of our team to strive to do the best for our clients every day.

Tom and his wife Robyn, a Florida native, have built the practice "one client at a time." They share a combined passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
